Further to determine the unperturbed distribution of the mouse version of this antibody immunfluorescence was preformed on flagella from c.reinhardtii (Bloodgood et al, 1986; pmid:3009491). To determine the transport of IFT trains and the interaction of FMG proteins with this. The mouse version of this antibody was used for to cover beads which were subsequently used to monitor IFT trains (Shih et al, 2013; pmid:23795295). |
