Quick Overview
The original antibody was generated by immunizing mice with a Cripto fusion protein expressed in CHO cells. The fusion protein comprise of amino acid residues 1 to 169 of Cripto, fused to a human IgG1 Fc domain. The humanized version was synthetically constructed by grafting the CDRs of the original mouse version onto variable region framework residues substantially from a human antibody chain.
