This antibody was used for immunogold labeling on aggregated tau samples (US8697076) (Ward et al, 2013; pmid:23979027). Tissue from the entorhinal cortex and the hippocampus of Alzheimer’s patients was used for immunohistochemistry using this antibody (US8697076). Tissue from the entorhinal cortex and the hippocampus of Alzheimer’s patients was used for immunofluorescence with this antibody (US8697076). Western blot was performed on different deletion mutants of the Tau protein using this antibody (Ward et al, 2013; pmid:23979027). Immunohistochemistry was performed on tissue sections of severe AD, CBD, and PSP cases from the entorhinal cortex using this antibody (Ward et al, 2013; pmid:23979027). M1C cells were used for immunocytochemistry using this antibody (Shirafuji et al, 2018; pmid:29562600). Proteins from M1C cells were blotted with this antibody (Shirafuji et al, 2018; pmid:29562600). ELISA was performed on S1 fractions from a 9 month old murine PS19 cortex using this antibody (Apicco et al, 2017; pmid:29273772). |
