| Application Notes: | The binding specificity of this antibody towards progesterone, 5β and 5α-dihydroprogesterone and determination of percentage cross reactivity was done using ELISA. It shows an increase in discrimination against 5β-DHP and 5α-DHP, 23-fold and 15-fold, respectively, compared with the parent antibody (PMID: 15878862). |
