Binding specificity of the 5F2 Fab was also studied by using 5α‐ dihydrotestosterone, dehydroepiandrosterone sulphate and androstenedione. Furthermore the Fab version of this antibody was co-crystallized with testosterone and the structure was identified using x-ray crystallography (Niemi et al, 2011; pmid:21360611). |
