| Application Notes: | This antibody binds to InIB, a surface protein that mediates entry of Listeria monocytogenes into a wide variety of cell types. Binding affinity of the antibody was determined by ELISA and western blotting was used to confirm the specificity of the antibody. In particular, the antibody recognizes the region LRR and IR of INIB, indicating these regions of the protein are responsible for the entry into mammalian cells. |
