Application Notes:This antibody recognized intact wild type human B7-H4 and linear epitope comprising amino acids 'VIQWLKEGVLGLVHEFK' in an ELISA. This antibody was also capable or recognizing B7-H4 in a western blot assay. The binding of this antibody to B7-H4 protein can effectively neutralize the immunosuppression response induced by B7-H4 proteins, thus enabling T-cells to retain their activation status (PMID: 33716253).
