This affinity matured version of VHH antibody cAb-RN05 binds bovine RNase with an affinity of Kd= 180 pM (PMID: 17888451). 5′–3′ cUMP that binds into the active site of RNase A does not compete with cAb-RN05 for binding to RNase A in an ELISA (PMID: 10196124). |
