| Application Notes: | The antibody detected Cytokeratin 18 by western blot analysis. The antibody reacted with endocervical columnar cells, cervical immature squamous metaplasia and CINIII by immunohistochemistry (Smedts et al., 1990; PMID: 1690513). The antibody stained transitional cell carcinomas of the urinary tract of different grade and stage (Schaafsma et al., 1990; PMID: 1689541). |
