This antibody was used for vimentin detection on rabbit embryo, dermatome, myotome (adjacent abdominal wall) and the genital ridge (comprising mesonephric blastema and mesonephric duct) by immunohistochemistry (Viebahn et al., 1988; PMID: 2460241). The original antibody detected vimentin on HeLa cells transfected with pRSVDes by immunohistochemistry (Raats et al., 1990; PMID: 1699950). |
