| Application Notes: | The binding characterization to human TNFR2 was done using ELISA. This antibody can effectively block the binding of TNFR2 with TNF alpha. The binding affinity of the original IgG antibody for human TNFR2 was determined using surface plasmon resonance and found to be Kd= 9.53 X 10^(-10) M. This antibody was also reported to show tumor inhibitory activity in b-HTNFR2 mice (colon cancer cells) (CN112480259). |
