| Application Notes: | The binding characterization of this antibody towards HLA-A02:01 EBV-LMP2A complex was done using flow cytometry. This antibody was capable of binding EBV LMP2 peptide (CLGGLLTMV) expressed on HLA-A0201, HLA-A0206 and HLA-A0207. This antibody was used for the immunohistochemical staining of EBV infected-HLA-A0201 positive nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) biopsies (WO2015199618). |
