T cells were analyzed for levels of Bcl-2 and Bim protein by staining of permeabilized cells with the antibody (Jorgensen et al., 2007; PMID: 17785775). The antibody was used for flow cytometry analysis (Kashiwakura et al., 2013; PMID: 23278598). |
