Surface plasmon resonance was performed on Kdo(2f8)Kdo(2f4)KdoBSA (164, 1650, and 2460 RUs), Kdo(2f4)Kdo(2f4)Kdo-BSA, Kdo(2f4)Kdo BSA and BSA(Sigma), as a reference protein using the mouse version of this antibody (Brooks et al, 2010; pmid:20000757). |
