A DAS-ELISA was performed on the scFv version of this antibody using AHSV-3 as antigen, it showed a limit of detection of 2 ng and reacted very strongly to the AHSV-3 serotype and very little with other serotypes (van Wyngaardt et al, 2013; pmid:23388433). |
