Both Fab and IgG1 antibodies showed significant neutralizing activities in cytopathic effect (CPE) inhibition neutralization test, the antibodies were able to completely neutralize the SARS virus and protect the Vero cells from CPE after virus infection (Liang et al, 2005; PMID:16544518). |
