| Specificity Statement: | This antibody binds human siglec-7. It is a putative adhesion molecule that mediates sialic-acid dependent binding to cells. Preferentially binds to alpha-2,3- and alpha-2,6-linked sialic acid. |
| Application Notes: | This antibody can bind recombinant human siglec-7 protein in an ELISA and western blot. The binding affinity of the IgG antibody for human siglec-7 was reported to be Kd= 71.5 nM. In vitro, this antibody was capable of enhancing killing effect of NK cells on tumor cells (CN106831989). |
