Claudin 18.2 is overexpressed in various tumor type and is found to be a potentially important target in advanced gastric cancer. |

The in-vivo anti-tumor activity of this antibody was evaluated in a syngeneic Mc38-huCLDN18.2 xenograft model in mice, which is a murine claudin18.2-/-mouse colon cancer cell line that has been engineered to expresses human claudin 18.2 (WO2021047599). |
