| Application Notes: | The scFv version of this antibody binds B7RP-1-Fc with a Kd= 22nM. The binding specificity of this antibody was confirmed using ELISA. This scFv version of this antibody was shown to bind B7RP-1-Fc in an ELISA. This antibody recognized B7RP-1 molecules expressed on B cells, as assessed by flow cytometry. This antibody is capable of inhibiting interaction between ICOS-Fc and B7RP-1-Fc. This antibody also exhibited inhibitory activity in a proliferation assay of T cells stimulated with anti-CD3 mAb and B7RP-1-Fc (Maeda et al., 2009; PMID: 20065650). |
