| Application Notes: | The humanized version of the antibody exhibited strong specific binding to both human tumor cell lines and Vero cells by flow cytometry. This original and humanized version of the antibody were used for detection of EGFR expressed on MDA-MB468 cells by flow cytometry. The humanized version of the antibody induced NK cell mediated killing of target cells in a dose dependent manner. The chML66-antibody-maytansinoid conjugates significantly deleted the tumor growth in a tumor xenograft model using EGFR expressing KB cells implanted subcutaneously in SCID mice (US20160017053A1). |
