| Application Notes: | The antibody immunoprecipitated the 130 kDa ß1 form of in U87MG cells. Flow cytometry analysis performed with the antibody confirmed that it could recognise ß1-A172 cells (Bartik et al., 2008; PMID: 18425328). The structure of the Fv-clasp fragment of the antibody was determined. Further, the crystal structure of the a6b1 headpiece complexed with Fv-clasp was determined (Arimori et al., 2017; PMID: 28919443). The antibody increased integrin ß1 in vitro and in vivo (Ritsma et al., 2017; PMID: 28448494) |
