| Application Notes: | The specificity of the antibody for Rabies virus nucleoprotein was confirmed by ELISA analysis. The antibody detected Rabies virus nucleoprotein by western blot analysis. The antibody was used for immunofluorescence detection, on BHK-21 cells infected with rabies virus and normal BHK-21 cells. The antibody showed signal in case of BHK-21 cells infected with rabies virus, but not on normal BHK-21 cells. The antibody was used as a detecting antibody together with 5H7 in ELISA double-antibody sandwich method. The detection sensitivity of the method could reach 0.003125IU/ml (CN105504051A). |
