Apolipoprotein A1 (ApoA1) is the main structural protein of high-density lipoprotein (HDL), and its physiological function is to help HDL capture free cholesterol. |
| Application Notes: | The specificity of the antibody for ApoA1 protein was confirmed by ELISA analysis. The binding affinity of the antibody was 1.73×10^-10 M. The antibody was employed to establish a detection method for ApoA1. The detection method had higher consistency with the clinical diagnosis results than the existing ApoA1 immunoturbidimetric kit (CN108659126B). |
