DD-3A8 and DD-2E7 bind different epitope of the human D-dimer fragment and can be used as antibody pair for detection of blood coagulation, where DD-3A8 acts as a capture antibody and DD-2E7 is used as detection antibody. The sensitivity of the double sandwich ELISA was reported to be 0.25 μg/ml (CN111057149). |
