The scFv format of the antibody and the Ab4-Fc construct were tested as QC reagents in two commercial rapid test kits for the detection of BmR1. Ab4-Fc showed positive reaction with both rapid tests, while Ab4 did not show reactivity with neither of them (Rahumatullah et al., 2020; PMID: 31933469). |
