| Application Notes: | The antibody showed neutralizing activity by ELISA analysis. The antibody detected VEGFR-3 from HEL cell lysates by western blot analysis. The antibody could recognize VEGRF-3 on fetal heart, fetal kidney and fetal lung tissue by immunohistochemistry. The binding activity of the antibody to VEGFR-3 expressed on the surface of HEL cells was confirmed by FACS flow cytometry. In vitro experiments showed the antibody could block the interaction between VEGFR-3 and VEGF-D. The antibody could inhibit HEL cell proliferation. The antibody could inhibit the generation of chicken embryo allantoic membrane blood vessels induced by recombinant GST-VEGF-D (CN1800373A). |
