The scFv version of this antibody was used fused to human IgG1 using a suitable linker for the generation of scFv-Fc mini-antibody. This minibody was capable of immunoprecipitating pSTAT3 in the cell lysate of HeLa cells treated with IFN-α (US20090233358). |
