| Application Notes: | The binding reactivity of this antibody to recombinant phosphorylated protein kinase B peptide was confirmed using ELISA. The binding reactivity was further confirmed using western blot, of pAkt from NIH3T3 cell lysates. The scFv version of this antibody was used fused to human IgG1 using a suitable linker for the generation of scFv-Fc mini-antibody. This minibody was capable of immunoprecipitating pAkt proteins.
