The binding reactivity was further confirmed using western blot, of pAkt from NIH3T3 cell lysates. The scFv version of this antibody was used fused to human IgG1 using a suitable linker for the generation of scFv-Fc mini-antibody. This minibody was capable of immunoprecipitating pAkt proteins.
