This antibody was used as a component of bispecific NKCEs (Natural Killer Cell Engagers) to redirect the cytotoxic activity of NK cells towards human CD20-expressing tumor cells in a transplantable xenogeneic in vivo solid tumor model (Gauthier et al., 2019; PMID: 31155232). |
