| Specificity Statement: | The antibody is specific for ICAM1. ICAM1 is transmembrane glycoprotein having seven binding sites of the N-bonding sugar chain. The molecular weight is 90 kDa. ICAM belongs to Ig-superfamily and is known to be mainly involved with adhesion of leukocyte. It also mediates T lymphocyte adhesion to an antigen presenting cell (APC) and is involved with the interaction between T cell and T cell or between T cell and B cell. |
| Application Notes: | The antibody could detect ICAM1 in different cell lines (Liver cancer cell line HepG2, pulmonary adenocarcinoma cell line PC14) by FACS analysis. The IgG1 format of the antibody exhibited ADCC activity on NCI-H441, NCI-H1373 and HepG2 cell lines (US9388249B2). |
