| Application Notes: | The specificity of the original version of the antibody was confirmed by ELISA analysis (IC50 = 2 nM). The antibody specifically inhibits the functional activity of RANKL induction of DC maturation. The antibody could strongly inhibit the interaction between human RANKL and its receptor RANK in human monocytes. The inhibition led to antagonism of RANKL-mediated DC maturation and osteoclast development and function (US20040213788). |
