The antibody could detect CD26 expressed on the surface of human mesothelioma cells NCI-H2452 by immunofluorescence analysis. The antibody was able to inhibit the binding of human mesothelioma cell NCI-H2452 expressing CD26 to ECM. Further, the antibody could inhibit the proliferation of mesothelioma cells and colon cancer cells with high expression of CD26 (WO2015089881A1). |
