Precise characterization of the SF9 target was achieved, defining a very small (<3 kDa) epitope within the ~200kDa nmMyoIIA protein, revealing cross-reactivity with closely related proteins of the same and across species (Vielemeyer et al., 2010; PMID: 20727208). |
