Finally to study the DNA binding of this antibody a radioimmunoassay was performed on infected Raji and RAMOS cell lysate (Epstein., 1984; PMID:6323737). To determine if Epstein Barr virus (EBV), high risk human papillomavirus (HPV), and mouse mammary tumour viruses (MMTV) co-exist in some breast cancers. Immunohistochemistry was performed on formalin fixed breast cancer specimens using this antibody (Glenn et al., 2012; PMID:23183846). |
