| Specificity Statement: | This antibody is specific for the lumenal portion of human CD74. |
| Application Notes: | The original version of this antibody was used for flow cytometry on single cell suspensions from the spleen (Genève et al., 2014; PMID:25171001), and on (Wraight et al., 1990; PMID:1690714), and on gastric epithelial cells (Barrera et al., 2005; PMID:15923369). This antibody was used for immunofluorescence on transfected human fibroblast cell lines (M1DRIi) (Stang and Bakke., 1997; PMID:9281355), on Stably transfected MDCK cells (Simonsen et al., 1998; PMID:9650780) and on B cells (Roche et al., 1993; PMID:8397411). Furthermore, the antibody was used for immunoprecipitation on class Il-negative B x T hybrid cell line T2 and its class II positive parental cell line T1 (Henne et al., 1995; PMID:7750992), on U937 cell lysates (Wraight et al., 1990; PMID:1690714), on stably transfected MDCK cells grown (Simonsen et al., 1998; PMID:9650780), and on gastric epithelial cells (Barrera et al., 2005; PMID:15923369). This antibody was used for an radioimmunoassay on a JOK-1 B cell line, Raji Burkitt’s lymphoma, and U937 cells. To determine the binding sites of this antibody on the surface of the cells (Wraight et al., 1990; PMID:1690714). This antibody was used for an internalization assay on stably transfected MDCK cells where it bound to the surface (Simonsen et al., 1998; PMID:9650780). |
