| Application Notes: | The original version of this antibody was used for flow cytometry on human neutrophils (Bankey et al., 2011; PMID:20123111) on human bone marrow cells (Allan et al., 2010; PMID:20540115), on PBMCs (Ingersoll et al., 2010; PMID:19965649), on differentiated pluripotent stem cells (Rönn et al., 2015; PMID:25680478), and on whole blood leukocytes (Veras et al., 2020; PMID:32926098). This antibody was used for a whole blood intracellular cytokine assay on NK cells, it showed a very strong response to the antibody (Violari et al., 2019; PMID:30679439). This antibody was used to stimulate NK cells, and its ability to trigger activation and expansion of peripheral blood NK cells (Kim et al., 2023; PMID:37302991). |
