| Application Notes: | The original version of this antibody was used to immunoprecipitate HLAII-DP from the detergent lysate of radioiodinated REH6 cells (Hořejší et al., 1988; PMID:3187993). This antibody was used for immunofluorescence on B-lymphoblastoid, lymphoma and non-T, non-B leukemia cell lines (Poláková et al., 1985; PMID:3911080). This antibody was used for an ELISPOT assay on CD4+ T cells co-cultured with various stimulators (Demachi-Okamura et al., 2008; PMID:18754877). This antibody was used for flow cytometry on Hepatocytes (Guo et al., 2003; PMID:12717860), and on human PBMCs (Haylett et al., 2009; PMID:19544309). This antibody was also used in vitro on Raji cells to induce ERK1/2 activation (Haylett et al., 2009; PMID:19544309). |
