Application Notes: The original version of this antibody was used for a western blot gel-separated extracts fromvarious cultured cells (Lauerová et al., 1988; PMID:2461901). This antibody was used for immunofluorescence on various human cultured cells (Lauerová et al., 1988; PMID:2461901). This antibody was also used for immunohistochemistry on human kidney and urethra (Lauerová et al., 1988; PMID:2461901), and on epithelial cell rests of Malassez (Rincon et al., 2006; PMID:16827716), and on specimens from nontumor liver diseases and hepatocellular carcinomas (Pei et al., 2004; PMID:15221653). This antibody was used for an ELISA on cytokeratins (Tao et al., 2008; PMID:18393369). This antibody was used for immunoprecipitation on BHK-21 (baby hamster kidney), NIH3T3 (mouse fibroblast), HepG2 (human hepatoma), and HT29 cells and on liver tissues (Snider et al., 2013; PMID:23358244). Furthermore this antibody was used for flow cytometry on hES cells (Metallo et al., 2011; PMID:19907998).
