| Application Notes: | The original version of the antibody was used for flow cytometry on fresh AMSCs to determine the AMSC phenotype (Dudakovic et al., 2013; PMID:24905804), and on hES cells and hMSC cells (Chen et al., 2003; PMID:12634409). The original antibody was used for a radioimmunoassay on human brain tissue, mouse brain tissue and mouse kidneys. Here it was able to show CD90 in these tissues without cross-reactivity to other proteins (Kollias et al., 1987; PMID:2888537). The original antibody was used for immunofluorescence on DPSC cells to phenotype them (Pilbauerová et al., 2019; PMID:31638559). |
