This antibody showed binding to all dengue virus types. This antibody was used for western blotting on PrM protein. This antibody was used for an ADE assay. This assay showed that this antibody can enhance a dengue fever infection (Smith et al., 2015; PMID:26512092, Wirawan et al., 2019; PMID:30471923). The structure of this antibody was determined using cryo-EM. This antibody was used for a virus-liposome co-floatation assay on LoVo cells with DENV2. This antibody was used for BioLayer Interferometry analysis on recombinant prM:E in PBS-T.
