This assay showed that this antibody can enhance a dengue fever infection (Smith et al., 2015; PMID:26512092, Wirawan et al., 2019; PMID:30471923). The structure of this antibody was determined using cryo-EM. This antibody was used for a virus-liposome co-floatation assay on LoVo cells with DENV2. This antibody was used for BioLayer Interferometry analysis on recombinant prM:E in PBS-T.
