The biological activity of this antibody against B. pertussis and B. bronchiseptica was assessed. It showed a high degree of killing on B. pertussis strain 9340. This antibody was used for an ELISA on B. pertussis OMP preparations (Brodeur et al., 1991; PMID:1721552). |
