| Application Notes: | The original antibody was used for a radioimmunoassay on 125I-labeled rhuIFN-gamma (Aguet et al., 1987; PMID:2435837, Bridges et al., PMID:8738212). This antibody was able to immunoprecipitate huIFN-gamma from lysates of enriched Raji cell membranes (Aguet et al., 1987; PMID:2435837). The structure of the original antibody was determined using x-ray crystallography (Sogabe et al., 1997; PMID:9367779, Hofstädter et al., 1999; PMID:9878445). The scFv version of this antibody was used for surface plasmon resonance on intact IFNyR (Bridges et al., PMID:8738212, Hofstädter et al., 1999; PMID:9878445). |
