Application Notes: The original antibody was used for a western blot on whole cell extracts of E. coli cells overexpressing a fusion of the carboxyl-terminal NBD of Pgp to maltose-binding protein. The structure of the original antibody was determined using x-ray crystallography (Hoedemaeker et al., 1997; PMID:9368049, van Den Elsen et al., 1999; PMID:10570132). This antibody was used for immunohistochemistry on breast cancer cell lines, to determine the cross reactivity of this antibody with p185. This antibody was used for an ELISA on different peptides from p170 and p185 (Liu et al., 1997; PMID:9337349). This antibody was used for immnohistochemistry on high-grade lymphoma from dogs (Bergman et al., 1996; PMID:8947866), and on Ovarian Epithelium, Fallopian Tube, and Ovarian Carcinoma Specimens (Finstad et al., 1991; PMID:1682363).
