The antibody competed with a commercial anti-CD8α antibody, showing it bound to the CD8α chain. 89Zr-PEGylated antibody was used for PET imaging on mice, to track the presence of intratumoral CD8+ T cells (Rashidian et al., 2017; PMID: 28666979). |
