This antibody was also used in the generation of an IgE bispecific antibody targeting mouse EGFR and mouse PSMA. It was also demonstrated that this IgE bispecific antibody had superior antibody-dependent cell toxicity–mediated cell killing in comparison to IgG bispecific antibodies (PMID: 35718062). |
