This antibody detected PspA in immunoblots; it exhibited a dose-dependent recognition of recombinant PspA with no cross-reactivity towards other tested pneumococcal antigens and also detected endogenous PspA from pneumococcal lysates (Jang et al., 2017; PMID: 27845043). |
