| Application Notes: | The original antibody was used for an ELISA on different epitopes of human HSP90 alpha. It showed that the epitope of this antibody is HSP90 alpha amino acids 712-723. This antibody was used for flow cytometry on DC2.4 cells. The antibody was used for immunostaining on DC2.4 cells, here it showed that the antibody was quickly internalized after binding to HSP90. This ability to internalize the antibody can also be leveraged to internalize compounds coupled to the antibody. This antibody was used in vitro, here it showed it could induce cytokine production in dendritic cells (US20110280881A1). |
