It was further confirmed through flow cytometry and cross-competition studies. This antibody exhibited an IC50 of 13.53 µg/ml to stable G250-expressing 293T cells. This antibody was tested in vivo in Ncr Nude mice (athymic mice) bearing luciferase-expressing tumors to assess its efficacy in targeting CA IX, exhibiting mild (~20%) inhibition (US8466263B2). |
